When Steve Moylan attempted to burgle an off-licence by climbing in through the ceiling from the flat above, he misjudged the height and fell to floor – knocking himself out in the process.
To add insult to injury, his unceremonious entry triggered the store’s alarm system – summoning the key-holder who instantly called police. Moylan was arrested on the premises – he was fortunate to receive a suspended sentence for his misadventure.
