Who You Gonna Call?

We’re used to employing the latest security products to keep home owners and business people, and their properties, safe.

But sometimes it’s the bad guys who need rescuing!

We were amused to read this story of a Humberside man who was attempting to burgle a house in the early hours of the morning when he got himself stuck in the bathroom window!

After waiting a full hour for someone inside the house to find him, the would-be thief was forced to ask for their help in alerting the emergency services so that he could be freed from his predicament!

Of course he wasn’t free for long.  He was arrested on the spot after admitting his intended crime.

It’s not all a laughing matter though.  The fact that the burglar was forced to wait to be found suggests that there was no effective security in place at the property.  Had he not got stuck, then it’s highly likely that he would have been able to carry out the burglary – and the home owners would have had an entirely different kind of surprise the next morning.

Leaving the security of your home to chance is definitely not recommended.
